These terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relations between Wild Clothing and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.mywildclothing.com . The acquisition of a product through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the www.mywildclothing.com website is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to a strictly personal use and on the other hand have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit himself under these general conditions of sale. The company retains the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its site. As a result, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.
Article 2. Retention of ownership
All elements of the www.mywildclothing.com site (its original content, features and functionalities) are the property of Wild Clothing and are protected by international copyright laws. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partial Denim retains full and complete ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, fees and taxes included.
Article 3. Products
The products offered are those listed on the www.mywildclothing.com website, within the limits of available stocks. The company reserves the right to change the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description containing its main characteristics (description, size guide, washing instructions, etc.). The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way.
Article 4. Prices
The prices displayed for our products are denominated in the currency that corresponds to your country. Prices include VAT but not delivery costs, the latter being calculated and added when confirming your order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. Wild Clothing reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Article 5. Online ordering process
The ordering process involves the following steps:
> The customer selects the product he wants to buy.
> The customer accesses his virtual shopping cart.
> The customer is invited to create a customer account or to log in to his customer account if he already has one.
> The customer fills out a form containing the information necessary for his identification and processing of his order: courtesy, first name, surname, surname, postal address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address.
> The customer chooses the delivery terms. He is informed of the amount of the delivery costs.
> The customer accesses the summary of his order. He is invited to check his order to identify any errors that may have been made in entering the data. The customer can modify his order and correct any errors.

> The customer is invited to choose his payment method and then to proceed to payment.

Article 6. Shipping & Returns
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be made in the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are made by our own resources or by external service providers. Delivery times are given only as an indication; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. The risks related to transport are borne by the purchaser from the time the items leave the company’s premises.
Article 7. Retraction
The buyer has a period of thirty days from the delivery of the order to exercise his right of retraction and thus return the product to the seller in its original state for exchange or refund. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The Customer exercises this right by sending the package attached to the return form dedicated to this fact and within the deadlines stipulated above. A product already used cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Article 8. Guarantee
In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the company that will take it back, exchange it or refund it. The Customer must, from the day of delivery and with immediate effect, address any complaint to the Site by sending an e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org . In the absence of any complaint within the terms and deadlines as stipulated above and/or any reservations directly and exclusively made by the person indicated on the order invoice issued by the site mean that the product or products delivered are deemed satisfactory and accepted by the customer. As such, neither the product(s) ordered nor the delivery are subject to further disputes.

Wild Clothing, in the distance selling process, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service disruption, or other unintentional problems.
Article 10. Personal data
Wild Clothingundertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer that it may transmit for the use of certain services. Article 12. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, related to the execution of the distance selling contract and/or in the interpretation of the GTC/CGU, between the owner of the site and a customer, the negotiation and search for an amicable solution between the parties in dispute is to be preferred. In the event of the dispute not being resolved amicably, it must be brought before the exclusively competent courts of Casablanca.

Please review this agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement or any amendments to this Agreement, immediately discontinue all use of the Site.
